Eventually, you will be able to master those attacks instead of them mastering you. Medications only help you to deal with symptoms you are suffering from, leaving you with the anxiety and apprehension of the next panic attack.
4. Natural Methods "Laaaaaast"
When you treat your anxiety attacks with medication, the medication obviously works for you only for as long as you are taking it. If you stop taking it, you are back to square one. Using natural cures for panic attacks can enable you to completely obliterate these panic attacks from your life. Forever.
I'm not one of those people who swears by one method and "pooh poohs" another, but after looking at the pros and cons of medications versus natural methods for dealing with anxiety panic attack symptoms, I feel that the natural methods are head and shoulders above the medical ones.
