When you are experiencing any fear, the first and foremost thing you need to do is to take deep breathing techniques. These deep breaths should not be too long, take about 10 deep breaths and wait for ten minutes before you go for another deep breath. By doing this your body will get relaxed and you can be free from Panic Attacks. Giving intervals for your deep breathing will helps your body get relaxed and you can be free from fear for the rest of the day.
Feel your nerves when you are under fear. Feel every nerve of your body and the tiny impulses it sends out. Now after feeling each of your nerves and their impulses try to calm down each nerve and slow down the activity and feel relaxed. By practicing this, you can get control of your body and you can feel relaxed by doing this. Thus you can become panic free for that day.
If you are feeling that fear might come in, then do things that will take more of your energy, like wash the dishes, or go for a long walk. When you came back take a long bath which will makes you feel better and relaxed. You should do things like which burns most of your energy, by this way you will forget that fear is coming and focuses your body on other activity which you are currently doing.
Finding a root cause of your fear will help you overcoming your panic attacks. Identify the root cause of your fear, and share these deep fears with someone you trust. By sharing these deep fears with your close ones, it loses the power over your mind. By this way, you will have fewer chances getting a fear for these reasons next time.
The common symptoms of panic attacks are heart racing and heavy breathing. If you do exercise daily, these heavy breathing and heart racing are too common when doing exercises. If you practice this daily, then your body will understand these feelings and your body will treat these feelings as deadly when you have a panic attack.
Get outside and start doing things that refreshes your mind. Things like raking leaves or gardening will helps you to beat your fears. Look at the achievements you made so far and be proud of them. Always use your energy for something useful. These things will keep you busy and can overcome your fear.
